Shipping is free for all watch orders in the U.S.A.
Purchases made after 2pm EST will be packaged and shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday after 2pm EST will be packed and shipped the following Monday.
Standard shipping in the U.S. is via USPS and generally takes 3 to 6 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive after being packaged and shipped. For even faster delivery, domestic customers have the option to upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for a fee.
There are additional shipping fees for international orders (depending on location, order size, and weight) which are calculated and shown during the checkout process. Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class, DHL, or UPS, and generally take 3 to 6 business days, or 7 to 20 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on the location and the selected shipping preference.
If you place an order from a country outside of the United States you may be subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Please note these fees are governed by local authorities and 100% of the funds are received by the local government. Additionally, the order may be subject to applicable customs inspections and holds which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to resolve. In partnership with our shipping carriers, we also offer a "Duties Prepaid" shipping option which will prevent any unexpected customs fee or hold. There are additional shipping fees for standalone strap orders. Please note standalone strap purchases are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any product shipped back to Leonard & Church as a "Return To Sender" due to failure to receive the item from our carrier, or due to an invalid/incorrect shipping address, will be subject to a $10 "Return To Sender" fee to cover, in part, our costs to resend the item.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that may be stolen or lost after a verified successful delivery by the local post office.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, please ensure the watch is on its way back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached; unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, do not have original tags and protective stickers, and/or are not returned in original packaging, as determined by our fulfillment team. Please note the determination of our fulfillment team is final. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will process an exchange or a full refund - whichever you prefer. Return shipping is free for all US orders - though customers both in the U.S. and outside the U.S. will be charged a $6 restocking fee per watch which helps cover, in part, our cost of repackaging and restocking unworn items in our warehouse.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping fees.
International customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as any potential duties costs applied to replacement packages we ship back out to international customers.

Leonard & Church offers a 10-year limited warranty on the watch which covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages that may occur from normal wear and tear and everyday use, nor does it cover normal expiration of a quartz battery (on average, around 2 years, though the length can be shorter or longer than 2 years depending on usage). Despite water resistance features, Leonard & Church timepieces are not sports watches and should never be used while swimming or diving; water damage due to swimming or diving are not covered by our warranty. Our watches feature genuine natural leather and tweed bands, which are sensitive to moisture; please keep bands as dry as possible to prevent premature wear and tear. Acceptable timekeeping accuracy bands are industry standards determined and maintained by the makers of the movements we employ; for more details on timekeeping bands, which vary across our Quartz and automatic styles, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note keeping a chronograph running (or forgetting to reset it) will significantly drain the battery. Pulling out the crown during longer periods when the watch is not in use will preserve the battery.
Our watches are assembled by hand; over time, it is possible for individual components of the watch (e.g. crown, strap clasp) to inadvertently disassemble due to wear and tear. Reassembling an individual component (e.g. crown, strap clasp) that may disassemble is very easy and straightforward! - and we are happy to help guide you through that process.
